Twin Brother Mungojerrie. she deeply loves and cares for her brother.
she has from the moment that their eyes first opened as kittens and the very first sight they saw was the other.
Physical Appearance:
a lithe and lovely shorthair orange tiger tabby. she wears a dark
collar decorated with diamond, star, and round studs. when she is "on
the Job" she wears a length of pearls.
Personality:
carefree bundle of energy
Rumpleteazer is almost allways on the go, if she's not then watch out it is quite likely that she is planning something!
she loves to dance and is something of a trickster though rarely mean about it.
curiosity
Rumpleteazer is also extremely curious! she can often be found pokeing her pretty little nose where it does not belong! this has led her into a great deal of trouble at times!

and yet despite her lighthearted nature she has a deep
seated sense of right and wrong, and the convictions to see something
done about it. to 'Teazer helping folks out, lending a paw if they
need it that's Right. grabbing and keeping more, and more, and MORE,
just so that YOU have it and no one else does, that's Wrong, and if
folks suffer for it, then that's DEAD Wrong! so 'Teazer has taken
to....redistributing the wealth.she rarely keeps what she takes for
herself, most times she sees it go to strays or her tribe. unless
it's shiny...she likes shiny!
History:
she began her "thieving" as a kitten and for a simple reason,
curiosity. what was IN those boxes...the packages..was it was ON
them? were they all the SAME?
she just HAD to KNOW!
then she noticed that he family she lived with seemed to have so much
while others in the neighnoord and those around had so little.
how her "family" seemed so petty and mean, while the "servants" who
actually cared for them were kind.
then she heard the humans talking about how they had brought the pair
of kittens into the house in the hopes of getting into the good
graces of a rich Aunt who would supposedly only look in favor in her
will on family members who had cats!
and so she prevailed upon her twin to begin their "hurricane"
campaign to teach the humans a lesson through the only things they
seemed to care about...their possessions.
this was when "one of the Girls suddenly missed her Woolworth Pearls",
after Teazer had overheard her taunting one of the housesmaids about how even if the Maid scrimped and saved for a year she couldn't aford the strand. when the kindly maid was unfairly discharged later that week it setteled things for Teazer then and there and she went from merely damageing their things and that evening she slipped into the Girls room through the window, haveing crossed the distance from a spare rooms window by trotting alnog the gutters and ledges, and 'Liberated" the strand of pearls. she has worn them as a token when "on the job" on most capers since.

over the edge of the rooftop and along the wall the lithe tiger
stripped young Queen all but danced.
the pet stores neon sign blinked and flashed painting her tigers
stripes in garinsh light as Rumpleteazer swift and sure made her way
to the window and peered in...
later at the Junkyard she looked at the older queen with wide and
inocent green eyes, "but Miss Jenny oi FOUND em OI did!" she said as
the matron clucked over the bags contents of tins of Fancey Feast and
packets of Tender Vittles

but is it possible you could delete out comments between brackets when you finish them ?
